Jan 5

Snow day - did not go to the gym, left knee hurt, and body hurt during the night
FOOD - fruit, toast, water, 2 meatballs with whole wheat noodles and cream of mushroom sauce, what was edible in shrunkin heads with 3 extra pieces of bacon, water, coffee, hotchocolate and lots of marshmellows

Back to work.

FOOD: Coffee with milk and a tbl of sugar, 1/2 cup of apple juice, egg casserole
Water, whole wheat pasta with turkey sausage & sun dried tomato sauce

GYM: 1 mile tread mill at 3.6

Jan. 1, 2 and 3

Incase anyone happens upon this blog, I am starting it only for me to track what I eat, how I feel, etc. I just want an online diary of my physical well-being, since I have another blog that I am on daily, I thought this was the way to go.

Jan. 1st - traveled from Maysville to Kansas City

Jan. 2nd - stayed home, slept and laid around, terrible sinus problems, took whole vitamin, allergy pill and alk plus for cough and cold.

Jan. 3rd - Now we can really start...
Food: about a dozen silver dollar pancakes, about 4 with semi-sweet chocolate chips. Smart butter and lite syrup
Sweet Tomatoes with the family - salad, 2 soups, corn bread/butter

GYM: 1 mile on tread mill at 3.5
20 minutes on recumbent bike, hill plus

DRINK: water, coffee with skim milk
MEDS: advair, allergy, whole vitamin
